When it comes to managing your holiday rental we offer flexible options
Self-Promotion
If you prefer to handle your own advertising, our involvement will be limited to the annual management fee and essential services such as guest welcome packs, cleaning, laundry, and meet & greet.
Full-Service Management
If you’d rather leave the entire process to us—including marketing the property and managing all bookings—we charge a 20% commission on the total value of each reservation. Keep in mind that most online booking platforms also apply a service fee ranging from 8% to 15%.
If you’re interested in moving ahead, we’d love to schedule a visit to the property—either with you or your appointed agent.
We treat every property with care and attention, and are committed to delivering a high level of service both to you and your guests. Our goal is to ensure a seamless, enjoyable experience for everyone involved.
As a special introductory offer, we are currently reducing our full-service management fee to just 10% for the first six months and then 15% for the following six months. This is a great opportunity to experience the benefits of a hands-free, professionally managed rental at a reduced rate.
PROPERTY LICENSING
We’d like to bring to your attention a recent legal requirement for all holiday rental properties in Cyprus. It is now mandatory to register your property with the Deputy Ministry of Tourism. Once registered, you’ll receive a license number that must be clearly displayed in all advertising platforms. We are able to assist you with this process should you prefer us to do it. Please note that we can only work with licensed properties.
